TASTING NOTES
Ruby red in appearance tinged with garnet. The concentrated bouquet releases lightly toasted notes of dark cherries. Well-balanced, lovely structure on the palate to this rounded, delicately oaked wine. The long finish is backed by inviting delicious, fruity freshness.
PAIRING
Perfect match with grilled and roasted red meat (rib steak with Bordeaux sauce, breast of duck, beef skewers, filet mignon, braised lamb…), side (mashed potatoes, green beans, ceps…), game, cheese (Camembert, Comté, Saint-Nectaire, Morbier…).
