TASTING NOTE
Drinks well with charcuterie and grilled meats, especially lamb. Also pairs well with pasta dishes with a meat or tomato sauce, medium curries or spicy seared tuna.
PAIRING
Red violet color with intense purple gleams. Complex on the nose, this Carmenère combines intense aromas of raspberries and cherry confiture with ripe bell peppers and hints of black pepper. Smooth and velvety, it is a well-balanced wine with a long and pleasant finish.
