TASTING NOTES
It shows a very attractive, rich golden-amber colour with still some garnet reflections in the centre. The aromas proved simply mesmerizing, with delicate, floral qualities reminiscent of honeysuckle, vanilla and soft undertones of caramel. It is smooth as silk, with exotic spice and a suggestion of butterscotch. The richness is balanced by a firm and refreshing acidity which gives the wine a perfect balance and structure, leading to an endless finish.
PAIRING
Should be served cold (5°C) in a tulip-glass with 35 cl wide opening. A fabulous way to end a lunch or dinner. It should be enjoyed on its own.
