TASTING NOTES
Deep tawny colour, complex nutty aromas combined with hints of honey and figs on the nose, and rich mature fruit flavours, beautifully mellowed with a luscious long finished on the palate.
PAIRING
Will stay fresh for two to four months if stored in a cool, dark place or refrigerator. Serve in a glass with at least a six-ounce capacity. Perfect match to sweet pastries, such as apple pie with cinnamon.
