Refrigerate for 12 hours for the fruity flavors to begin. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 7 days at controlled temperature 25-28°C to dryness with selected yeasts. 100% malolactic fermentation. Processed and stored in controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks through bottling.
