A very well-balanced wine with an attractive deep ruby appearance with flashes of purple and a complex, elegant bouquet revealing red fruit and oaky notes. Initially full on the palate, the wine reveals good concentration with soft, integrated tannins.

Vinification

Wine making process: cold pre-fermentation maceration, wines are vinified in cement and stainless-steel tanks, both equipped with temperature-control.
Ageing : in barrels (20%) and in tanks
