TASTING NOTES
80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Franc from 40 year old vines aged in barrel for 16 months. Rich plum and ripe red fruits with hints of dark cherry and chocolate. Good weight of fruit, very voluptuous, with a long, smooth finish.

Chateau La Mission is best served with all types of classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised and grilled dishes. Chateau La Mission is also good with Asian dishes, hearty fish courses like tuna, salmon, mushrooms and pasta.
