Vinification | Manual harvest and selection of clusters. After de-stemming the grapes are gently pressed to obtain the first must . After this, the must is sent to a stainless steel tank under low temperature for settling of sediments. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel during 20 days at 16 to 18 ºC with selected yeasts. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, the wine is racked and only left in contact with its fine lees for three months. |
Dante Robino Chardonnay
TASTING NOTES :
Deep bright yellow color with greenish hues. The fresh aromas show a nice intensity on the first nose, revealing citrus and white flowers. Harmonious on the palate, with a mouth-filling roundness that is perfectly complemented by freshness and fruitiness.

Seafood, savory pies, canapés, a creamy or soft cheese, Vietnamese salads with light and fruity sauce.
