TASTING NOTES
Ruby red with deep amber gleams. Cherries, plums, strawberries and blackberries combine nicely with eucalyptus and menthol aromas. A fulfilling and soft palate with black pepper and bitter chocolate flavors create a well-balanced wine with a very distinct and elegant personality.
PAIRING
Accompanies well any rich dish with red meat and/or complex flavors such as spice or chili. Roast and grilled beef, lamb, sausages, pastas with heavy rich sauces and mature cheeses.
