TASTING NOTES
Pale straw-yellow color to the eye. On the nose a clean fresh passionfruit aroma is followed by complementary notes of lychee and grapefruit. Once in the palate it’s crisp and delicate with a fine line of acidity, good texture and structure, and a zesty finish. Shows really beautiful purity throughout with a quinine-like layer adding to the juicy mouth-feel.
PAIRING
Highly recommended pairing for fish with grilled veggies. Also enjoyable with oysters and garlic prawns.
