VILLA AL CORTILE Rosso di Montalcino DOCG
TASTING NOTES
A brooding mix of dusty black cherries, cedar shavings, cinnamon and dried roses lifts up from Brunello di Montalcino. This is soft-textured and pleasantly sweet, energized by bright acidity, with tart red berries and minerals that cascade across the palate. It leaves a staining of purple-tinged florals and lavender, and fine tannins linger long, yet the end note here is freshness. Nicely done.
TASTING NOTES
Serve it at 18°C with spicy roasts, game or aged cheese.
