“Tête de cuvée” – Pouilly Fuissé AOP
TASTING NOTES
A lovely freshness to the more restrained and complex aromas of pain grillé, honeysuckle, lemon-lime and passion fruit. The wood treatment shows up on the palate as well as the fleshy but intense middle weight flavours possess a plump and quite forward mouth feel, all wrapped in a bitter lemon-inflected finish where a hint of warmth slowly emerges.
