Ours Blanc

TASTING NOTES

Beautifully pale in color, with glimmering highlights. The nose is glowing, with delicate spring flowers and flesh fruits (peach, crispy apple) aromas. On the palate, this wine is rich, opulent, offering freshness, balance and a salty and fruity finish. It is a modern wine, very aromatic, with a lot of freshness.

Perfect to pair with delicate or spicy dishes, grilled fish, or bouillabaisse

Vinification

The grapes are lightly crushed, then pressed in a pneumatic press, prior to clarification of the must and cool fermentation.
This takes place in vats for 90% of the blend, with 10% fermented in new oak barrels with lees-stirring.
The wine remains in stainless steel tanks until the month of January, when the wine is bottled after fining.
