Napanook

TASTING NOTES :

2009 : The 2009 vintage is vibrant and complex, filled with notes of plum, black cherry and earthy tobacco. Pure and precise on the palate, aromas of chocolate and lightly toasted almond complement firm tannins throughout the long finish.

2011 : Notes of blonde tobacco and fresh cedar are integrated with lacy tannins. On the palate, the wine is bright and finishes with plum and mocha. A beautiful wine for pairing with beef, game or fish.

PAIRING :

Great with rib steak, lamb chops, beef tenderloin, roast chicken.
