TASTING NOTES
This wine is a deep garnet in colour. The nose is intense with aromas of blackberry and hints of spice and cedar. It is powerful on the palate, with flavours of black fruits and soft spices that fill the mouth, beautifully balanced by elegant tannins that linger on the finish.
PAIRING
This wine is perfect for pairing with a variety of dishes, including roasted meats, duck, and hearty pasta dishes.
