Hand-picked grapes from 12 to 17 year old vineyards overlooking the Tyrrhenian Sea, grown at 70 to 130 meters above sea level. Fermentation is carried at 28°C to 30°C. A 12 month ageing period takes place in small French oak barrels (225 lt). |
