Tasting Notes

On the palate, the wine begins with intense fruity characteristics, attacking and embracing the palate and gradually becoming soft thanks to the smooth acidity of the acid. The taste of currants blends with the sweetness of honey dew, grapefruit, and beeswax. The finish is long with fresh minerality of Pessac Leognan soil and multi-dimensional saltiness of salt, black pepper, vanilla and oak.
