2007: Black currant, pure mint with a strict nature on attack unfolds throughout the palate. Sweet oak blends well with fruit, creating ripe notes of creamy blackberry and dark pastille.
2013: Fragrant and fresh on the nose with notes of cherry, prunes and blackberry. A smooth palate with a very traditional tannic structure. Elegant and fragrant with a delicate finish.
Pairing
