TASTING NOTES
The Rocky Gully Shiraz opens itself wide with bright red fruits, plum, black pepper and spices from a subtle oak integration. A medium to full-bodied palate with juicy fruit is complemented with fresh peppery notes and other spicy nuances. Creamy texture and subtle oak provides a poised finish.
PAIRING
Rare eye fillet of beef or beef casserole are perfect matchings for this wine. Hard cheeses like Parmigiano-Reggiano or Gruyere are a wonderful pairing too.
