TASTING NOTES
Dark red color with purple reflections. Fruity on the nose, with aromas of black fruits and flowers. A round and full attack on the first taste, supported by a nice tannic structure. Flavours of bilberry and violet characterize the palate and its grand finale of remarkable length.
PAIRING
A versatile wine that perfectly matches marinated or grilled poultry, marinated or stewed veal and game. It also goes well with cheeses such as Camembert or Cantal.
