‘Le Boisclair’ Saumur Champigny
TASTING NOTES
Intense cherry-red colour to the eye. An expressive and aromatic fruity nose with aromas of blackcurrant and elder tree. Stunningly fresh on a palate reminiscent of violets and red fruits over a well structured and round mouthfeel.
PAIRING
Excellent match for grilled chicken, marinated veal, patés and game.
