Le Gin de Christian Drouin

TASTING NOTES

Rose and lemon provide delicacy. Ginger, vanilla, cinnamon and almond give the Gin a smooth, spicy body while cardamom enhances its fruit and roundness in the mouth. Juniper and apple complement one another with their heavy or high notes, spicy or crisp.

Remarkably well-balanced, it simultaneously reveals finesse and incredible aromatic precision. Proud of its Normandy roots, the nose opens with wafts of apple. Little by little, it becomes licorice-inspired, herbaceous and peppery. Full of energy, the opening on the palate is floral and fruity. The back of the palate offers freshly cut quarters of apple and a voluptuous nose.
