Bourgogne Pinot Noir “Vieilles Vignes”

TASTING NOTES

This open and fruity Old Vine Pinot Noir shows red fruits, balanced acidity and soft texture. The ripe red fruits are complex and layered with a crisp, juicy aftertaste. Made from vineyards chosen for their south-eastern exposure and their location in the middle of the hillside in order to obtain optimal maturity and a lot of complexity. The soils are rich in red clays with a marked presence of limestone. This composition gives the wine a lot of power and depth.
