24-36 hours of static sedimentation at 8°C prior to fermentation with selected yeasts
Fermented in stainless steel tanks at 14-16°C constant temperature for 25 days
Stored in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks through bottling
Bright yellow with green hues. This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc combines aromas of fresh herbs, green pepper and tomato leaves with citric notes of grapefruit and lime. The palate is fresh and crisp, with well-balanced acidity and a fruity finish.
An excellent aperitif wine but also pairs well with shellfish, crustaceans, delicate white fish or white meat dishes. Sashimi and sushi, salads or goat’s cheese.
