Refrigerate for 12 hours for the fruity flavors to begin. Soak pre-fermentation at 7-10°C for 2 days in stainless steel tanks. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks between 24 and 28°C for 15 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Preserved in stainless steel tanks through bottling process.
A light wine with intense fruit, mild acidity and good balance. Smooth, berry, oaky, long flavor, goes well with meat.
Pairs well with beef, lamb, deer, and poultry.
