Côtes de Provence Rosé
TASTING NOTES
The H&B Provence rosé takes a path quite apart from the one followed by the H&B Languedoc rosé, explained by the higher proportion of Grenache and Cinsault in the blend. This difference makes the H&B Provence rosé a light wine of immense charm and minerality, redolent of fennel, anise and purple flowers fragrances.
PAIRING
Fougasse, anchovies and also Salonenque olives.
