Bright red with purple hues. A round and vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon with plum and strawberry flavors combined with hints of red pepper and spices. The palate is smooth and well-balanced with a fresh and fruity long-lasting finish.


Pairs well with charcuterie and roasted game. Sausages, grilled meats and belly of pork or Chinese duck.

Fermented in 25,000 and 15,000 liter stainless steel tanks for 7-10 days at 25-28C controlled temperature to dryness with selected and native yeasts (80/20)

Aged in French used oak barrels for 4-5 months to add complexity and to achieve softer tannins
