The 2007 vintage shows a deep colour and a fresh, complex nose of red ripe fruit. This fine and round wine develops slowly after a few minutes in the glass. On the palate, the wine is full and round, fleshy with a precise persistent fruit. The soft and well-matured tannins show a lot of finesse. The 2007 vintage deserves to join the group of the very serious wines. It shows a very beautiful success in its technical expression and accuracy.
