Vinification Maceration and fermentation of the two varieties separated under a controlled temperature of 25˚C. Prolonged during 20 and 21 days respectively. Aged for 7 months in French oak barrels 2nd, 3rd and 4th year.

A Cherry tone of semi intensity. Aroma of red fruits on a background of soft toast and vanilla. The palate is soft, round and velvety tannins. Notes intertwined fruit and vanilla seeds.
