Type of Soil
Ancient alluvial deposits with flat and round pebbles, limestone marl, some areas called Collets du Luberon, meaning rocky zones close to clay, results of alpine diluvium flows.
Wine elaborated by Saignée method. Vinification in stainless steel tanks until January, the wine is then bottled after fining.
Beautiful light pink color, with glimmering highlights. The nose is fresh, very aromatic, with flowers and citrus (grapefruit, lemon) aromas. Well-balanced on the palate, this wine offers a long aromatic finish and a great mineral tension that brings freshness and fruitiness.
Enjoy this wine served chilled on the patio this summer, or have it as an accompaniment to light salads, shellfish or grilled fish.
